1. Google search - broadband speed check. Various options, dont do one that requires you to download something.

2. Get fibre optic broadband if you haven't allready. Your computer may need upgrade/replacement. You may have malware on the pc slowing down the internet capabilities. Install spybot search and destroy -free software, run a scan.

When's the last time you restarted the router? That can make a difference, can you plug into it instead of using WiFi? Made a huge difference on my lads PS4, even though the cable is 10m long.

10m...

30m LAN cable plugged in atm as the Wireless card drivers haven't been installed after a PC rebuild. as long as it's quality cable you're fine.
Cable runs from living room, up stairs into the back bedroom- we call it the cable of death  :grandad

changing wireless router channels can also solve problems, all you need is another house in the street to be on the same channel and it'll harm the bandwidth.

This site tells you where you are (if you're lost), also has a load of tools including a speed tester.
It is better to ride too slowly and wish that you were going quicker than to be too quick and wish that you were going slower.
